The Delta State Commissioner for Special Duties, Dr. Ifeanyi Michael Osuoza, has congratulated the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, on his emergence as Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria.
In a congratulatory statement, Osuoza described Guwor’s election as a well-deserved recognition of his leadership qualities, legislative competence and commitment to democratic principles. He noted that the development reflects the confidence and trust reposed in Guwor by his colleagues across the federation.
According to Osuoza, Guwor’s emergence brings honour to Delta State and signals a new phase of strengthened coordination and cooperation among state legislatures in Nigeria. He said the Speaker’s record of diligence, fairness and administrative clarity positions him to provide effective leadership at the national level.
