The Commissioner for Special Duties at the Delta State Government House, Dr. Ifeanyi Michael Osuoza, has congratulated former Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Victor Ochei, on the occasion of his birthday.
In a congratulatory message issued, Osuoza described Ochei as an exceptional leader and statesman whose personal sacrifices and mentorship had a lasting impact on his life and career.
Osuoza recalled that Ochei provided critical support during his doctoral studies by procuring key academic materials that formed the foundation of his PhD research, describing the gesture as a defining moment in his intellectual development.
He also acknowledged Ochei’s role in his nomination as a commissioner during the administration of former Delta State Governor Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan, noting that the opportunity significantly shaped his public service trajectory.
According to Osuoza, Ochei’s leadership is defined not only by positions held, but by the lives he has influenced through mentorship, bridge-building, and investment in human capacity.
