Eminent pharmacist, healthcare leader, and philanthropist Pharm. (Dr.) Paul Osogbe Enebeli has formally accepted his appointment as Advisory Board Chairman of BEL Dialogue, an audience-participatory discussion platform established by Bel Media Consult Limited.
In a letter dated June 4, 2026, Enebeli described the appointment as “a privilege” and pledged to deploy his vast professional and leadership experience to advance the platform’s mission of promoting informed public discourse on governance, leadership, development, and societal advancement.
“I consider this appointment a privilege and commend the vision behind BEL Dialogue in fostering informed public discourse on issues of governance, leadership, development and societal progress,” Enebeli stated in his acceptance letter addressed to the platform’s Secretary.
He expressed appreciation to Bel Media Consult’s management for their confidence in him, adding: “I am pleased to lend my support and experience towards the advancement of the initiative and the achievement of its objectives.”
Enebeli, who serves as Chairman of New Heights Pharma Limited and is a former Chairman of the Board of Fellows of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN), brings decades of leadership excellence to the role. His accolades include a Doctor of Science (Honoris Causa) from the University of Benin, Fellowships of the Nigeria Academy of Pharmacy and the West African Post-Graduate College of Pharmacists, and a Paul Harris Fellowship from Rotary International.
Beyond healthcare, Enebeli has served as Worldwide President of the University of Benin Alumni Association, represented Nigeria’s South-South region at the 2014 National Conference, and currently sits on the Delta State Advisory and Peace Building Council. As former President General of the Ndokwa National Union, he led humanitarian relief efforts for flood-displaced communities.
BEL Dialogue, unveiled during Ndokwa Reporters’ 12th Anniversary in August 2025, has emerged as a strategic engagement platform connecting policymakers, industry leaders, and citizens. The second edition is scheduled for July 30, 2026.
Industry observers believe Enebeli’s cross-sectoral expertise in healthcare administration, corporate governance, community leadership, and public policy will significantly bolster the platform’s ambitions as a leading forum for solution-driven public engagement.
