The Commissioner for Special Duties (Government House), Dr. Ifeanyi Michael Osuoza, has extended warm and heartfelt congratulations to the Wife of the Delta State Governor, Her Excellency, Deaconess Mrs. Tobore Oborevwori, on the occasion of her 56th birthday.
Dr. Osuoza described Deaconess Oborevwori as a shining example of grace, faith and strength, praising her as a devoted mother, a virtuous and supportive wife, and a woman of deep compassion and humility whose influence continues to touch lives quietly but profoundly.
