The Commissioner for Special Duties (Government House), Dr. Ifeanyi Michael Osuoza, has extolled the leadership qualities and enduring impact of Rt. Hon. Ndudi Godwin Elumelu as the former Minority Leader of the House of Representatives marked his birthday.
