The Delta Online Publishers Forum (DOPF) has joined family, friends, and colleagues in celebrating the birthday of Dr. Ifeanyi Osuoza, Commissioner for Special Duties, Government House, Delta State.
In a congratulatory message, by the Chairman, Mr. Emmanuel Enebeli, ANIPR, DOPF highlighted Dr. Osuoza’s leadership qualities and significant contributions to Delta State, particularly in his previous role as Commissioner for Information. “Your dedication to excellence and effective communication has been an inspiration to many,” the forum stated.
Dr. Osuoza used the occasion to reflect on his journey, expressing deep gratitude to God for sustaining him through life’s ups and downs. He also paid special homage to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa for their unwavering support and mentorship, which he credited for much of his successes.
