Delta State Police Command inducted the newly promoted officers into the Officers Mess.
It was a colourful atmosphere on Friday, 17th May, 2019, as the newly promoted officers were briefed on the rules of the Mess by the President of the Mess.

Making this known in a statement, the Command’s Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Deputy Superintendent of Police Onome Onovwakpoyeya stated that the Commissioner of Police, Mr. Adeyinka Adeleke while congratulating the inductees seized the opportunity to thank Inspector General of Police (IGP) for promoting such a large number of officers in his Command and advised the officers to work harder to show proof of responsibility bestowed upon them by the new rank. He thanked all the guests who made out time, out of their busy schedules to grace the occasion.
