For improper conduct of “manifest recklessness and insurbodination”, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State has relieved his Executive Assistant (Communication), Mr. Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe of his appointment.
The letter of the sack of the (EAC) was signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Ogbueshi Patrick Ukah.
