The Head of the Directorate of Media and Publicity of the Isoko South PDP Campaign Council in the just concluded local government elections, Hon Fred Edoreh, has commended members of the team for a job well done.
In a note to the members, he said their operations produced the desired result of victory for the party and requested them to maintain support for the administration of the new Council Chairman, Hon Warri Ovoke Friday, by continuing to promote his programmes and activities, while also sustaining interpersonal communications among themselves, assuring that their contributions to the affairs of the party will not go unrecognized.
The message read:
Dear friends,
I wish to commend you all for your contributions to the successful media and publicity of Isoko South PDP campaign which has produced the expected result of victory in the local government elections.
I thank you all for your cooperation and apologize for any real or perceived shortcomings in the process.
We are richer by experience, not the least in meeting, knowing, working and making friends with new people.
I wish we had enough funds to have made the job easier or that the reward is instant, but I am trusting that, as stakeholders in the party, your name has been written in the annals of the party and your contributions will continue to count for you in our political journey.
I however will encourage continued interpersonal communications among us.
May I also add that we should take pride in the Council Chairman we have produced.
I trust that we all believe that he is certainly a good choice and has the capacity to lead our LGA.
That being so, may I request that we should consider ourselves still members of his media team, and therefore to support his administration, promote his programmes and defend him at all times against any negative tendencies of any opposition.
Thank you very much and rest assured that I love you all.
God bless you.
Fred Edoreh
Head, Directorate of Media and Publicity
