A new Secretary to Delta State Government (SSG) has been appointed. He is Barrister Chiedu Ebie, the immediate past commissioner for Basic and secondary education.
Making this known in a Government Special announcement signed by the Permanent Secretary, for the Office of the SSG, Mr. E.E. Ogidi-Gbegbaje, the statement also announced the appointment of Olorogun David Edevbie as the Chief of staff, Government House, and Rt. Hon. Funkekeme Solomon as the Senior Political Adviser to the Governor.
The Government’s Special announcement reads:
It is hereby announced for the information of the general public particularly Deltans that the His Excellency, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa, Governor of Delta State has announced the appointment of the follows:
Hon. Chiedu Ebie: Secretary to the Government
Olorogun David Edevbie: Chief of Staff,
Rt. Hon. Funkekeme Solomon: Senior Political Adviser
