Late Senator Abiola Ajimobi.
The immediate past governor of Oyo state Senator Abiola Ajimobi is dead. He died today at First Cardiology Hospital, Ikoyi, Lagos where he had been on life support after a protracted battle and complications resulting from the covid-19 ailment. He was 70 years old.
This latest development puts paid to earlier speculations about the state of his health and his rumoured death about a week ago.
