The Delta State Governor, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa who was represented by the Commissioner for Higher Education, Mr Jude Sinebe, while declaring the exercise closed reminded the corps members that as the nation was preparing for 2019 general elections they should see themselves as veritable tools for the smooth conduct of the Election.

Dr. Okowa assured the corps members that Deltans were peace loving, hospitable and were ready to receive them in their various communities.
