As Mr. Emmanuel Enebeli, Secretary of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Delta State Chapter, marks his 60th birthday, Delta State’s Honourable Commissioner for Special Duties, Dr. Ifeanyi Michael Osuoza, has penned a glowing tribute celebrating the veteran journalist’s decades of service and ethical leadership.
In a felicitation message released on Saturday, Dr. Osuoza praised Enebeli as a consummate professional whose career has been defined by “integrity, excellence, and an unwavering commitment to ethical communication.” He noted that the celebrant’s journey as both a journalist and public relations practitioner has earned him widespread admiration from colleagues and the public alike.
“Through your diligence, wisdom, and exemplary service, you have earned the admiration and respect of colleagues and the wider public,” the Commissioner wrote.
Dr. Osuoza offered prayers for the seasoned communicator, wishing him “sound health, renewed strength, divine wisdom, and many more years of impactful service to humanity, the media profession, and our dear nation.” He concluded by declaring that the diamond jubilee should herald even greater accomplishments and enduring fulfilment.
Mr. Enebeli continues to serve as a key figure in the NIPR Delta Chapter, helping to steer the profession’s growth in the state.
