Speculation is rife in Warri that His Royal Majesty, the Olu Of Warri, Ikenwoli Godfrey Emiko, may have joined his ancestors.
Although no announcement from the Olu’s Palace in Warri has been made to that effect, even as top palace chiefs failed to return inquiry calls to their phones, but sources hinted that the monarch may have died of Covid-19 complications yesterday, Monday December 21, 2020, just about one week after marking his fifth anniversary of ascending the throne of his fathers.
