All Progressives Congress (APC) has again lost its members and supporters to the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Delta State.

It was during Day Two of Ward campaigns of Delta North at Ndokwa West Local Government Area on Friday when no fewer than three groups of persons, including women, announced at the Ward rallies that they were fed up with the APC and were going ahead to dump it and return to the PDP.

At Ward 1, Kwale, a group of gaily dressed women, the Integrity Ladies of Ndokwa West led by Ms. Philomena Ojeje expressed disgust against the APC which they described as “a party of liars and deceivers.”

Denouncing all the other political parties, the women who dumped the APC brooms chanted: “Integrity Ladies, PDP is our weapon,” said following their sojourn in APC have realized that PDP is the only party in Delta State with good intentions for the people.

Asked why they were dumping APC for PDP, the leader of the Integrity Ladies of Ndokwa West Ms. Ojeje said: “PDP is the only party in Delta State; all other political parties are just noise makers.”

She said there is no road in APC. “Today, we have come to meet our real family. We have not gained anything in APC. They don’t have women,” she announced.

To Nigerians, Ms. Ojeje said: “I urge Nigerians to come to the PDP where we originally belong. APCs are liars and big deceivers.”

Receiving those who dumped APC into PDP in Ward 9, Delta North PDP Chairman, Elder Moses Iduh called on them to go tell others that there is no other party in Delta Stata except the PDP.

At Ward 5, Onicha Ukwuani, Mr. Chigwe Ojodume who dumped APC along with his supporters said all that had happened to him since joining the APC has been suffering, until a friend discovered what he was passing through, and brought him to meet PDP chieftains.

“Now I have returned to the PDP of which I was a foundation member. This broom will be burnt. Now I throw away this broom, and that it should go away with all the bad things associated with it,” Ojodume said.

Delta State PDP Chairman, Olorogun (Barr) Kingsley Esiso then handed to him a brand new PDP umbrella.
