Displeased by the dilapidated and ramshackle nature of the house of Chief A.J. Ulenu, one of the foremost leaders in Ndokwa East, Deputy Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Friday Ossai Osanebi, has taken it upon himself to renovate and remodel the elder’s house.
Osanebi who was at Afor-Obodigbo recently,during one of his routine visits to communities in his constituency to get the feelings of the people, thought it necessary to visit elder statesman and leader, Chief J.A. Ulenu.
At the compound of the opinion leader, Osanebi was visibly saddened at the state of the chief’s residential apartment and immediately ordered renovation work and repackaging of the old and broken-down house.
The next day, engineers and building experts, swung into action, and have already taken position in Chief Ulenu’s house and work commenced immediately.
