If one man can build a $20 million annual revenue enterprise ( the respected Wellman Group ) from absolutely zero capital, through vision, discipline, innovation, and resilience, then imagine what such a man can achieve with the enormous human and natural resources of Delta State at his disposal.
That man is Dcn Chris Iyovwaye.
