Delta State – Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State has sent condolences to the family of the state APC Chairman, Chief Solomon Arenyeka, over the death of their matriarch, Mrs. Felicia Oritselumewor Arenyeka.
In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, the governor called her passing a great loss to both her family and the wider community.
Mrs. Arenyeka died on April 24, 2026, at age 91, and was remembered for her strength, wisdom, compassion, and dedication to family and service.
Governor Oborevwori commiserated with Chief Solomon Arenyeka, Barrister Victor Arenyeka of the NDDC, and other family members, urging them to take solace in her fulfilled life. He prayed for the peaceful repose of her soul.
