The candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, for the 2019 State House of Assembly Election, Aniocha North State Constituency, Hon. Engr. Emeka Nwaobi has finally won the election in a landslide.
Engr. Prof. Godfrey Ariafe, the INEC returning officer for the election in Aniocha North, declared Hon. Nwaobi the winner of the election at 2:51 a.m. today, Sunday, March 10th, 2019.
Declaring the result, Engr. Prof. Ariafe stated that Hon. Nwaobi, the candidate of the PDP, polled a total vote of 15, 410 to defeat his APC rival, Mr. Nnabundo who got 6001.
